GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

 

Shortened stay
For any interruption of stay not indicated 72 hours before the planned date of departure, the night value will be charged by the hotel, as compensation.

Arrival
We will do our best so that your room will be ready when you arrived.
It is however necessary to plan that it will be for sure possible only from 2:30 pm.

Departure
Rooms must be free before 11:00 am. For any late release, 20 € will be charged.

Deposit
The reservations are accepted only accompanied with a deposit, deductible at the end from the stay, at 30 % of the amount of the stay, for a lower stay than 3 nights.

Cancellation
Unless 21 days before date presumed the arrival: the deposit will be preserved ; in case of refund the deposit, 7€ sum will be due for set-up fees.
Unless 48 hours of the expected date of arrival: the deposit will be retained, and the first night will be charged.
